The idea is that you can use the mirror to talk to someone 23 metres away on the opposite bank, but as I was on my own I couldn&#8217;t test it!\n<\/p>\n<p>\nUpdate from Paul Devall: <q>It does work. This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lunemillenniumbridge.info\/\">Millennium Bridges<\/a> website has some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lunemillenniumbridge.info\/Hythe_photos.html\" title=\"Photos of the bridge\">photos of the bridge<\/a>, but they pre-date construction of the mirror.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFollow the canal west from Hythe, and you can&#8217;t miss the sound mirror. Alternatively there is a bus stop on the road to Dymchurch.
