The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan deposited an application for accession to COTIF and its Appendices<br \/>\non 7 November 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Afghanistan is also a member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.osjd.org\/\">Organisation for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD)<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eco.int\/\">Economic Cooperation<br \/>\nOrganization (ECO)<\/a>.
