The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.railwaygazette.com\/news\/single-view\/view\/caspian-rail-corridor-funds-agreed.html\" title=\"Caspian rail corridor funds agreed. Railway Gazette International, 23 February 2010\">Kazakhstan &#8211; Turkmenistan &#8211; Iran line<\/a> paralleling the Caspian Sea appears to be absent, although recent news reports suggest <a href=\"http:\/\/pda.trend.az\/en\/1851558.html\" title=\"Railway line between Iran, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan to be operational by October 2011.
