		<description>An appalling way for the DLR to treat a fare paying passenger. Well done for sticking to your principles in the face of what can only be classed as harrassment. I agree with the sentiment of the previous correspondant - DLR should consider the dismissal of their member of staff for bringing their corporate reputation into disrepute!
It may be of interest to you and to anyone else that may find themselves in a similar situation that the British Transport Police have an agreed protocol with the Train Operating Companies &amp; Network Rail the link to which I replicate here: http://www.btp.police.uk/passengers/advice_and_information/rail_enthusiasts.aspx
I would suggest that individuals may wish to print a copy to present to overzealous staff whenever the need arises?
